Therapy
Services

My view of the therapeutic relationship is that of a collaborative team. We are both working together to help you reach your goals. The goal is to always create a safe, warm, and empowering environment.

I would consider myself a straightforward therapist with an eclectic style. To me, there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to therapy. My goal is to find the path that works for YOU!

FAQ

Can you see me for a private therapy session?

I am licensed in the state of California. All therapy clients must be physically present in the state in which I hold my license. If you are in the state of California, feel free to reach out to see if I am presently taking new clients. If you are in California and I am currently not taking new clients, I will work to help you find a referral resource for you!

What is the cost?

Therapy sessions: each session is 50 minutes at $160 per session.

E-courses: each course has a different duration and is priced accordingly.

Speaking engagements: please visit the contact page to further discuss the potential speaking engagement and price.

How often should someone have therapy sessions?

Each person is different and thus, so is the frequency! Many people choose to start off weekly, then move to a bi-weekly schedule, so on and so forth. This all depends on your needs, schedule, and financial comfort.

**Feel free to check out the FREE Ecourse on “How to know when it’s time to seek professional help” to get free educational information on this!**

Where is your office located?

My office is located on Sunrise Ave. in Roseville. I offer in-person & virtual appointments!

Do you offer a phone consultation?

I currently offer free ten-minute phone consultation for each client. This can help us decide if schedule, needs, and financials are a fit. As mentioned, if I am not a fit for you, I will provide referral resources that may be!
